Phone calls between two days, by the Dialpad person, department or call center on the call, or by day: calls, inbound, outbound, answered, missed, voicemails and talk minutes, most calls first.

missed_calls customers
Inbound calls nobody answered between two days, newest first: when, the caller's number and name, who it rang, whether they left a voicemail, and whether a later call with that number connected.
